1) In my opinion, from personal experience I enjoyed every part of this class. I love poems, I love being creative, I love flexible tasks where I am not forced to write one story and one story only. From this coarse I have taken many things, one being I am far more educated on punctuation as well as dialogue. My spelling has definitely improved since the beginning of the semester. I definitely did picture this class a lot different than it turned out because I thought we would be writing many essays and boring projects and assignments and I just wanted to take this class for the English mark. This course ended up giving my the mark as well as a fun learning experience.

2) A thing or two I would encourage the teachers of this course to continue would be the minute of writing at the beginning of some classes, this helped to get my thoughts flowing as well as creative mind in action. There is nothing I would really suggest to change about this course because I did over all really enjoy it! I would definitely recommend everyone in grade 11 going on 12 to take it because you can't go wrong learning a bit more about proper writing techniques considering this can help others in the long run for many, many different things.

The Adaptable Mind

After the assembly based on the human mind, I realized qualities I have that are essential as well as qualities I lack that I am determine to improve. The 5 key characteristics behind managing information and becoming successful according to the video showed to all are curiosity, creativity, initiative, multi-disciplinary thinking and empathy. Personally the qualities I feel successful in are curiosity most definitely because I am constantly asking questions and I always find myself curious about the root of anything and how anything and everything came to be. I also realize curiosity can help become interested in almost every topic I will eventually be taught. As for creativity, I am naturally a very artsy person, I love art, I love writing, I love English, so yes I would definitely be able to say I am creative and I am constantly thinking of things to create, draw and write. This quality could potentially help you form creative business ideas and so on. Initiative is a quality I lack. I am always one to suggest ideas, or have goals I want and dream to achieve, but I am definitely not the one to move forward with making it actually happen, so that is something i would definitely want to work on. Multi-disciplinary thinking was the forth personality trait required. This quality will help you lay out situations and problems or goals, and help you see a visual of how things will be able to work and adjust to your plans. I use this quality when it comes to workouts or making myself eating plans. I lay out what I want to do each day, as well as a box to check it off once I have achieved my goals. The last personality trait that is needed is empathy. Empathy not only will help you out in the work world, but is also just a daily quality that is needed, without empathy you wont likely go far. Empathy is basically feeling what others feel even if you are not in their position, meaning walking in their shoes, viewing things from their perspectives. This will definitely help in the work force because you need to be able to achieve at team work, take others ideas and collaborate to create something bigger and better than what you originally thought of. Collaboration is always successful and it only betters the ideas. I think all these qualities are very important and everyone should better themselves to meet up to these 5 traits standards, than life might become a little bit easier.
